Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Panduranga Energy Systems Pvt Ltd (2010–2018)
- Delivered a $100M, 116 MW gas-based power project from concept to completion: secured 150 acres of land, all permissions and funding; optimized design; and coordinated vendors/EPC contractors.
- Executed 220 kV transmission line & switching station
- Built and motivated large teams while fast-tracking clearances with government agencies.

Mr. Venkatachalam presently Director & CEO of Capital Fortunes Private Limited, Project Development Partners. As an Executive Director & CEO of the Company, he is responsible for strategic growth initiatives, business development and alliance building. He is also responsible for overall growth and management of two major Strategic Business Units (SBU’s) namely Investment Banking Services (IBS) & Project Development Services (PDS) which execute projects across various sectors like Power, Transport, Tourism, Urban Infra, Manufacturing etc.
He has been pivotal in executing Public Private Partnership Advisory projects in the Infrastructure Sector mainly SEZs, Power Sector and Roads involving BOT Structure, especially related to project/financial advisory/project development partners for SEZs, power and urban infrastructure projects. Played key role in Development of various infrastructure projects including Power with aggregate investment of over US$ 15 Billion.
Mr. Venkatachalam has an experience of more than 26 yrs in the area of Project structuring, Project Development Services, Project financing, Turnaround Strategies, PPP modelling, financial analysis & modelling and risk evaluation. He has profound expertise in global and Indian trends in privatization and various privatization models.

Ms. Reddy is the Founder and CEO of Prymer AI Private Limited, a deep learning company, pioneering sustainable engagement models for online media. Prior to launching her venture, she worked in financial technology and venture consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in finance from Babson College in Massachusetts, USA.
