Experience
Vice Chairman & Managing Director, M/s Panduranga Energy Systems Private Limited (October 2010 –May 2018)
- Executed $100 million, 116 MW gas based power project from concept to completion including procuring 150 Acres land from farmers without Government intervention, obtaining all permissions, raising funds from Banks, selection of owner’s Engineer and to ensure optimum design, negotiations with vendors for supply of state of the art equipments, coordination with different vendors, EPC contractors and execution of the project in record time.
- Acquired right of way from farmers and executed 18Km, 220 KV transmission line and a switching station.
- Acquired right of way from farmers and laid 8 Km water pipeline from River Godavari to the project with a pump house on the river bank.
- Recruited large teams and empowered them by providing leadership and motivation; and
- Dealt with Government agencies and secured all clearances in fast track mode.
- Have raised funds for the project and maintained good relations with Lenders, securing excellent support.
Civil Services Officer (April 1991 - September 2010)
- Served in Government of India for 15 years (1991 - 2006) in various capacities in Delhi, Assam and as a diplomat in the Indian Embassy, handling matters of national importance,
- As a diplomat was actively involved in promoting bilateral relations between India and Kazakhstan in areas like people to people contact, cultural exchange, promotion of trade and investment; and
- Worked with erstwhile combined state of Andhra Pradesh for about 5 years in various following capacities:
Director of State Tourism Department:
- Key role in denvelopment of tourism infrastructure in the state
- Promoted tourism, both domestic and international,
- Streamlined procedures for fast track approvals for tourism projects; and
- Actively worked with Government of India for policy reforms for projects under PPP policy framework.
Director of State Ports
- Played a crucial role in developing ports in private sector at Kakinada, Gangavaram and Krishnapatnam,
- Improved cargo movement by ports; and
- Actively involved with Planning Commission, GoI for policy reforms for development of Ports under PPP model in the country.
Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Infrastructure Corporation of Andhra Pradesh (INCAP):
- Public-Private Partnership projects in areas like Ports, Regional airports, Tourism Infrastructure, hotels, housing, solid municipal waste management, and road projects& tourism infrastructure, and
- As a Nodal authority for single window clearance for projects in the State, got cleared several projects on time.
CEO, Krishna Godavari Gas Network: Played an important role in development of Gas Pipeline Network in the state; and Coordination with stake holders.
CEO, AP Infrastructure Authority: Approval of all PPP projects initiated by any department in the state; and as a member of the Empowered Committee of Government of Government of Andhra Pradesh, examined and approved several infrastructure projects in the state.
Director in the Board of Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited (HGCL): Played a role in execution of the prestigious 160 KM, 8 lane, Outer Ring Road (ORR) Project around the city of Hyderabad
Member of PCPCIR Authority: Actively involved in development of master plan and to develop common infrastructure between Kakinada and Vishakhapatnam for attracting investments in the sectors like Petroleum, Chemical, and Petrochemicals.

Ms. Reddy is the Founder and CEO of Prymer AI Private Limited, a deep learning company, pioneering sustainable engagement models for online media. Prior to launching her venture, she worked in financial technology and venture consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in finance from Babson College in Massachusetts, USA.
Mr. D. Venkatachalam, Advisor - Strategy & Investments
Mr. D. Venkatachalam is a Post Graduate in Commerce, Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Associate Member of Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India. He started his career with AF Ferguson & Co. as a Chartered Accountant and shifted to Asia Brown Boveri Limited. Later he moved to Ballarpur Industries Limited and worked at various levels in the Finance Department of the Group and grew to the ranks of Deputy General Manager in a span of 8 years. As DGM, he led the Corporate Treasury & Finance Department of the company handling the management of Rs. 2500 crore for regular business purposes and supported the Group’s Vice President (Finance) & CFO. He is also responsible for overall growth and management of two major Strategic Business Units (SBU’s) namely Investment Banking Services (IBS) & Project Development Services (PDS) which execute projects across various sectors like Power, Transport, Tourism, Urban Infra, Manufacturing etc.
He has been pivotal in executing Public Private Partnership Advisory projects in the Infrastructure Sector mainly SEZs, Power Sector and Roads involving BOT Structure, especially related to project/financial advisory/project development partners for SEZs, power and urban infrastructure projects. Played key role in Development of various infrastructure projects including Power with aggregate investment of over US$ 15 Billion.
